People Are Talking!

General comments from students and audiences:

I learned something I could use within the first five minutes. WOW!

I had previously given no thought to the audience as I spoke to them. I thought it was all about me. What an epiphany to figure out that I’m a better speaker if I’m more concerned about my audience.

This was an engaging presentation. Norma’s passion for putting the audience first was palpable. It felt warm and personal. Her amazing stories were spot-on to making a memorable point.

We’re each in our own little comfort zone. It’s good to be prodded out of it not only so we can grow, but also so we can help others.

Thank you for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself.

The presentation was fun, high energy, and interactive which enhanced my ability to learn.

Learning how to talk to one person at a time, whether to five people or fifty five, has enabled me to build a real connection with my audience.

Who knew that I would learn to truly value feedback about my presentations? Before taking this class, I used to breathe a sigh of relief when my presentation was over. Now I look forward to reading audience comments to see how I can improve.

This class changed my life. And not just my career. It has helped me become a better husband, father, and friend. The portion on mindfulness alone was worth the full price of admission.
